Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our goal is to provide you with a product you LOVE, but, we get it. Sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s what to do to start your return:

    • Returns MUST be initiated within 30 days.

    • To get started, send us an email clearly stating the reason for the return: Hello@yocoboutique.com

    • We’ll provide you with a pre-paid return label.

    • Items MUST be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused.

    • Refunds will be process once items are received.

  • Love what you received but need a different size? Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days. Unfortunately we cannot always guarantee a different size will be available.

  • While we carefully check each order, sometimes we miss something that might not be quite right. Please reach out at Hello@YoCoBoutique.com if anything arrives damages. In the event the damage was incurred by the carrier, they may request additional information from both you, and us.

  • Anything marked as “Final Sale,” cannot be returned.

    Additionally, gift card purchases cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If you live within the stated zip codes and have opted for delivery, we’ll reach out to ASAP to schedule your delivery or a meeting location. Please note, you can only select this option AFTER you’ve entered your address.

    If you’re travelling to LaGrange Co., please enter the address where you’re visiting so you too can select the delivery option.

  • We ship to all locations within the continental US.
